At Decorazzi, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. We want you to enjoy your wallpaper or rug for many years. Below, we explain the legal warranty and the additional warranty we offer.
Legal Warranty
All products purchased from us come with a legal warranty. This means that you can expect a product to have a reasonable lifespan and function properly. The exact duration of this warranty is not fixed and depends on the product and its use.
The legal warranty always applies and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Decorazzi Warranty (Additional Warranty)
In addition to the legal warranty, Decorazzi offers an additional 2-year warranty on selected products. This warranty is an extra service and covers manufacturing defects only.
🛠 What is covered?
- Manufacturing defects up to 2 years (such as production or material defects)
- Free repair or replacement within this period (if covered by the warranty)
- Extra peace of mind beyond the legal warranty
⚠️ What is not covered by the Decorazzi warranty?
- Damage due to improper use, moisture, or extreme heat
- Normal wear and discoloration from light and use
- Incorrect installation or maintenance
The Decorazzi warranty does not affect the legal warranty but is an additional service we offer.
Wallpaper – Warranty & Exceptions
Our custom wallpaper is produced specifically for you and cannot be returned or repaired if damaged.

- Print quality issues immediately after delivery
- Incorrectly delivered custom wallpaper
⚠️ What is not covered by the warranty?
- Color differences in reorders (always order enough wallpaper at once)
- Damage due to incorrect application or an unsuitable surface
- Discoloration due to direct sunlight or moisture
🔥 Fire Classification Information
The fire classification of our wallpaper is clearly stated on the product page. It is important to consider this when installing. Wallpaper should not be placed near open flames or extreme heat sources.
Rugs – Warranty & Exceptions
Our rugs are designed to last a long time, but like any product, they may wear over time.
🛠 What is covered by the warranty?
- Loose seams or fraying edges under normal use
- Manufacturing defects in the material
- Incorrectly delivered size or material
⚠️ What is not covered by the warranty?
- Normal wear (such as flattened fibers from frequent use)
- Stains, discoloration, or damage due to improper maintenance
- Damage caused by moisture, fire, or extreme heat
Repair Procedure for User Damage
If your product is damaged outside the warranty period, we may offer a paid repair service in some cases.
🔎 How does it work?
- Inspection & quote – Our specialists assess the damage and provide a cost estimate.
- Your choice:
- Agree? → We proceed with the repair at the agreed cost.
- Disagree but want the product returned? → €65 inspection fee, and we send your product back.
- Disagree & no return? → No costs, and the product is disposed of responsibly.
