Warranty period

At Decorazzi we offer a standard 2-year warranty period for all our products purchased within the European Union. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures you can enjoy your purchase with confidence.

Repairs within the Warranty Period

If your product develops a defect within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will take responsibility to resolve the problem. In this case, we will make the necessary repairs or replace the product at no additional cost to you.

User damage

User damage refers to damage to your product that is caused by your own fault or incorrect use and that occurs within the warranty period. Please note that user damage is no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty and will therefore not be repaired free of charge.

Repair procedure for user damage

If your product has suffered damage due to user damage, we still offer repair services, but these are subject to a charge. The costs for repairs cannot be specified in advance because they depend on the nature and extent of the damage.

Here's how the repair procedure goes:

Examination and Quotation: After your product has been examined by our repair technician, they will determine the nature of the damage and calculate the associated costs. You will then receive a quote.

Options after Quote: After receiving the quote you have the following options:

  1. You agree to the quote. We will then repair the product at the agreed cost.
  2. You do not agree with the quote, but you want your product back. In that case, we will charge €65 in research costs, and you will receive your product back.
  3. You do not agree with the quote and do not want your product back. In this case you do not pay any research costs, and your product is processed in an environmentally friendly way.
