Warranty and maintenance

At Decorazzi, quality is our priority. Whether you’re using our product for a project or in your own home, we ensure you always receive a flawless and durable product. Our materials are selected for intensive use, and every product is carefully inspected before shipment.

Unpacking and inspection upon delivery

Unpack your order immediately and check for any damage:

Minor Damage: Take a photo of the damaged packaging and inspect the product.

Major Damage: Refuse the package so the carrier can return it, and contact Decorazzi immediately.

Late Notification: If you accept the package and later discover an issue, notify us within 12 hours and refrain from unpacking the product further.

In any case, contact us through the form at the bottom of this page or via our customer service.

Warranties

Decorazzi offers two types of warranties: the statutory warranty and an additional manufacturer warranty.

Statutory Warranty: You’ll receive a product that meets your expectations and lasts a long time – your basic right.

Manufacturer Warranty: We offer an extra 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects visible upon delivery. Any production errors or incorrect deliveries will be corrected free of charge. Damage due to misuse, external influences, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Custom wallpaper

Our custom wallpaper is made specifically for you and cannot be returned.

What’s Covered by the Warranty: Technical faults like printing errors, color discrepancies, or material damage visible upon delivery, and incorrect deliveries (such as wrong design or dimensions) will be corrected free of charge.

What’s Not Covered by the Warranty: Color discrepancies with additional orders (always order enough wallpaper at once), damage caused by improper installation, or damage caused by exposure to sunlight, moisture, heat, sharp objects, or other external factors.

Carpets

Our carpets are designed for long-lasting use, but normal wear and tear may occur with intensive use.

What’s Covered by the Warranty: Loose edges, manufacturing defects, and incorrect deliveries (e.g., wrong design, size, or material) will be corrected.

What’s Not Covered by the Warranty: Damage caused by improper care (such as stains or discoloration), damage from moisture, fire, extreme heat, improper installation, and normal wear (such as flattened fibers).

Repair procedure for user-caused damage

For damage not covered under warranty, we offer a paid repair or maintenance service. Our specialists will provide a non-binding price quote. If you agree, send the product to us for repair. If you wish to return the product, we charge a one-time €65 inspection fee.

Fire class and safety

The fire class of our wallpaper is clearly indicated on the product page. Our products are flame retardant but not fireproof. Ensure they are not exposed to open flames or extreme heat.

Maintenance and care

Proper maintenance extends the lifespan and appearance of your product. Visit our “Maintenance” page for tips on how to care for your wallpaper and carpets.

Complaint procedure

Report complaints quickly and clearly:

• Packaging Damage: Report this within 10 hours.

• Incorrect Delivery: Report this within 24 hours.

Send an email with a brief description, your invoice number, and a photo of the damage to info@decorazzi.com.

Applicable law and other terms

Our terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the court in the judicial district is competent. The warranty is transferable upon resale or gifting, provided the terms are met. Decorazzi reserves the right to modify the warranty conditions.
