Our quality

At Decorazzi, we supply products of very high quality, suitable for both home use and project interiors. Each product is carefully crafted and strictly inspected before dispatch.

Check your order upon receipt

Unpack your order immediately and inspect the product thoroughly:

  • Minor damage to the packaging?
    Take photos of the box and inspect the product.
  • Major damage to the packaging?
    Refuse the parcel and contact us straight away.
  • Product appears damaged or wrongly delivered?
    Report it within 12 hours. Do not unpack it further and keep the packaging.

Warranty on your purchase

All items you purchase from us are covered by the statutory warranty.
Statutory warranty means that a product must be or do what you can reasonably expect of it.
Is your product not up to standard? We’ll sort it for you.

Send an email to support@decorazzi.com to report your issue and mention your order number. We will respond as soon as possible to assist you.

Wallpaper and rugs

WALLPAPER (bespoke)

Covered by the warranty:

  • Printing or colour faults on delivery
  • Incorrect design or wrong dimensions
  • Technical issues in the material

Not covered by the warranty:

  • Colour variations in repeat orders
  • Damage from improper application
  • Damage from sunlight, damp, heat, or sharp objects
  • Normal ageing or wear

Wallpaper is bespoke and cannot be returned. So please double-check upon delivery.

RUGS (standard product)

Covered by the warranty:

  • Detaching decorative edges (overlocking)
  • Manufacturing faults or wrong delivery

Not covered by the warranty:

  • Wear from regular use (e.g. crushed fibres)
  • Damage from improper care, moisture, fire, or heat
