At Decorazzi we offer standard products and products that are tailor-made. All rugs are standard products, all wallpaper types are custom products.
Return Policy for Custom Products
At Decorazzi we understand that every interior is unique, which is why we offer tailor-made products to meet your specific needs. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Please note that custom products cannot be returned as they are made especially for you.
Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. However, if there are any problems with your custom product or you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Please feel free to contact us at [contact information] and our team will do everything they can to resolve any issues. We may be able to make repairs or, if necessary, provide alternative solutions to ensure you are happy with your interior design.

Return Policy for Standard Products
At Decorazzi we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a flexible return policy for our standard products.
Within 30 days of receiving your product you have 3 options:
- Exchange your product for another product for free.
- Have your product repaired.
- Return your product for free and have your money refunded.
Your product will always be repaired after 30 days.
What exceptions are there to returns?
No money will be refunded for services provided by postmen or mechanics that have been properly performed. This service includes, among others:
- Installation and built-in costs.
- Redeemed vouchers for built-in and/or installation.
- Costs for special shipping options such as time slot delivery.
How can I register my return?
You can register your product for return within 30 days:
- This can be done via the online return form.
- After registering, you have another 14 days to send your product for free.
- You can choose to exchange your product for free or have your money refunded.
- To receive a full refund, it is important to return your product in its original condition and undamaged.
After 30 days you can register your product for repair, also via the online returns form.
You have a 2-year warranty on your product.
Can I try a product at home?
Yes, you can try your product as you would in the store. Don't like the product? Then you can return it. It is important to return your product in its original condition and packaging, so that we can make someone else happy with it.
What do I have to do to return my product?
- Register your return via the online returns form.
- Prepare your product for the return journey:
- Pack your product well and securely, preferably in the original packaging, to prevent damage. If you no longer have the original packaging, we will assess the condition of the returned product to determine its depreciation.
- Ship the package in a Decorazzi box or other sturdy box that closes well.
- Delete your data and account if necessary.
- Within one hour after registering your return, you will receive a confirmation email with a returns number and shipping label. Print the shipping label and tape it to the outer box.
- Send your package back for free via a PostNL point near you.
- Sit back and keep an eye on the status via My Decorazzi.
Will you pick up my product at home or do I have to return it myself?
This depends on the specific product:
For most products, we ask you to return the product to us yourself. Pack it securely and send it to us for free via a PostNL point near you. You can also bring your product to our store for an immediate refund or replacement.
For large products such as XL rugs, in most cases we will collect the product from your home.
Do you want to know if your product will be picked up? We will always let you know by email after your product has been registered. Therefore, keep a close eye on your email (and possibly the spam inbox).
